From Clinical Nursing to Holistic Flow
I am a Registered Nurse who bridges clinical expertise with a deeply intuitive, holistic philosophy of healing. My identity as a nurse is rooted not only in evidence-based care, but in presence, observation, and the understanding that true healing unfolds when the whole person is seen—body, mind, and spirit. I see healing as layered. Physical symptoms are never isolated; they are messages from a system seeking balance. Because of this, I integrate holistic practices—such as breathwork, energy awareness, ritual, mindfulness, and supportive lifestyle coaching—alongside my nursing foundation. I don’t separate science from spirit; I treat them as different languages describing the same human experience. In practice, I am a guide as much as a clinician. My goal is to help people move out of survival mode and into awareness. It is not just about treating conditions—it’s about restoring relationship: to the body, to breath, to rhythm, and to a more sustainable way of living in it.
